Bardzo miła Pani w recepcji mówiąca po polsku i próbująca ratować sytuacje. Niestety - tylko ona. Wielkie podziękowania dla portalu Booking.com za błyskawiczną i profesjonalną pomoc – po zgłoszeniu sprawy, pieniądze zostały zwrócone na drugi dzień.

Zarezerwowaliśmy na rocznicę ślubu pokój z prywatnym tarasem na dachu (jedyny taki w hotelu). Po dotarciu na miejsce późnym wieczorem (około 23:40) okazało się, że pokój jest już zajęty przez kogoś innego. Hotel zaoferował nam w zamian inny, dużo tańszy pokój, a temat rozliczenia finansowego i zwrotu różnicy odłożył na następny dzień. W ramach przeprosin zaproponowano nam lunch i kolację nazajutrz, co kompletnie nam nie pasowało, bo mieliśmy już zaplanowaną wycieczkę.

Vihlad personál milí bol

Popise bolo ze v cene máme kavovar ktorí tam ne bol mini chladnička prazna čo bisme ocenili v opačnom prípade keď ze sme boli hladni a smernice a dorazili sme o desiatej večer nám dali asi naj menší a naj horší izbu bez vybavení sprcha priamo na izbe scoho sa zaparila celá izba smrdelo to tam ako stuchlina klima ne fungovala katastrofa vzťah 1 deň ne fungoval a prebehali tam prerabky čo mi ne vadilo ale viac určite ne pôjdeme tam si mislim ze za 3 dní bez jedla 450e je veľa za takú izbu

L''accueil, le petit-déjeuner très varié avec des spécialités. piscine très agréable ainsi que la terrasse du restaurant. La ligne de bus 4 et 20, tout proches de l'hôtel permet d'accéder au Centre ville en un bon 1/4 d'heure.
