DoubleTree by Hilton Damai Laut Resort

Had a wonderful iftar experience at Hilton Damai Laut’s Hotpot. We were warmly welcomed by Yuan and Tiny (an intern), who provided exceptional service. They were professional, attentive, and answered all our inquiries in detail. A great dining experience overall!

Cleanliness of the rooms can be improved further especially the toilet. Service of the hotel team is excellent. We took the dinner package. On our second night dinner the ramadhan buffet hardly had anything non spicy for my 5yo. So i requested a fried egg and the manager and chef went above and beyond to accommodate it. They even prepared additional 1 food item for my kids. Thumbs up to the team! The hotel is located far from town. So it’s best to take the dinner package together. Dinner can be buffet dinner or hotpot buffet. Food is good generally. There are a lot of monkeys around the hotel. Need to be extra careful as we were almost attacked by a monkey while walking to the beach at the staircase near swimming pool. The hotel staff then told us best to use the other route near the Makan Kitchen at the centre to the beach as there are no trees nearby and safer. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Family with kids would definitely enjoy the pools!

Great service . Friendly staff & rooms were clean & well maintained. The hotel staff responded to requests very quickly. Just note that there are many stairs throughout the resort but ramos were provided where possible. A little inconvenient for accessible guests but hotel staff were readily available to assist in alternative routes. overall we had an enjoyable stay. Will revisit again.

Second time going was even better than the first. How do they get the staff there to be so amazing? We felt like royalty. Shout out to Zhi Yi and Veronica, they went above and beyond taking care of us and our family. Loved that the executive chef, Sanjay, made visits with the guests regularly. Honestly, I feel bad not calling out more names of the employees there because they were all pretty great! That would lead to a very long review! Plentiful options for breakfast and dinner, each better than the last. Gorgeous views. Clean, well kept pool area. Executive lounge service is an exceptional experience as well. Highly recommend. Oh, and water-sports guys were so fun! I know they don’t work for Hilton but they definitely represent well to the hotel guests and enhanced our stay.

The resort is beautiful, quiet and well situated as a beach resort. Ample parking space. We didn't like that some hotel guests parked their vehicles on pedestrian walkway that hindered a smooth walk from the parking areas to the hotel.

During my recent stay, the environment was serene and quiet, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The surroundings helped me unwind and enjoy my time at the Resort. Everyone was friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The hospitality provided by Veronica & Sofea (Executive Lounge), Wayan (Makan Kitchen), and Shuei Mei (front desk) was exceptional. The view from the Executive Lounge and my room was beautiful. It was the perfect backdrop for calm and restful stay. After breakfast, we walked to the nearby beach and enjoyed the peaceful vista. For breakfast (Makan Kitchen), some adjustments could be made to ensure the food is served at an ideal temperature. We found the driving journey to the Resort was pleasant even at night. Overall, it was a delightful experience to stay in the Resort.

Having dinner at Hotpot double tree by hilton damai laut,lumut Xiang Hong is the staff in hotpot. Good services, cant find any complain Very satisfied with his services. For room, not bad Tv quite old and less channel in the tv. Not much channel can watch

Hotel staff is friendly. Breakfast if good but dinner was quite sad for the buffet. A la carte menu is quite standard. Driving out for food is far. Beach is dirty and facilities are old. Toilet is quite bad and should have a renovation. Paint the building at least. Not really worth the money as school holiday weekend is double the price.

Very nice place to stay and memorable.Thank u for providing excellent service especially staff from executive lounge Veronica,Zhi Yi, Sofea, Parvez, Elvant… Veronica was very helpful and proactive…. Definitely will come back with family

Fantastic in the jungle with a lots of monkey. Great hotel to stay. Very quiet. It's possible by taxi from Kuala Lumpur or by bus. From the hotel 10mins to pangko Island. We had the best time to gather everything was perfect dinner all kind of food.lovely atmosphere. Very friendly n have your peace of mind. Next year with my whole family.
