"I was happy with the location and comfort of this boutique hotel."

The location was very good. A short walk to the waterfront and downtown restaurants. The room amenities were excellent, and breakfast was good.

There was no ice in the ice machine.

Lovely experience, clean, spacious room with amazingly comfortable king bed. Breakfast offered 6 choices, + coffee, juice fresh fruit muffins etc. The house was elegant and quiet, with ample parking, and walkable to all downtown shops and restaurants.

Loved the entire experience.

Location is great. Comfortable room and bed. Free parking.

Good but not exceptional. Breakfast was good though some options to include bacon or sausage with eggs would be better.

"Good location, nice service, everything else a little limited but not terrible at all."

Bed was good, room was fine. All employees were friendly and kind.

Second floor outside key didn't work, check-in clerk was super nice but clearly a little inexperienced - confused by many questions. Breakfast was mediocre at best.
