The Harbour House

本当に親切なスタッフの皆さんに救われました。いつも笑顔でサービスしてくださり、英語が拙い私でも一生懸命わかろうと聞いてくださったのが本当に嬉しかったです…。おそらく最後になる母との旅行でした。母はこちらでの滞在に「スタッフの方々がとにかくよかった！」と大絶賛でした！シャーロットタウン中心地まで徒歩5分ないくらいですぐつきますし、20分ほど歩けば、海岸沿いの散歩道を歩けます。ホテル内は非常に静かで、滞在はとても快適でした！私が、またシャーロットタウンを訪れる時はかならずまたこちらに滞在したいと思います。日本の方、こちらは安心して泊まれますので、超超おすすめさせていただきます！！英語が苦手な方は多少練習して、ゆっくりでも話せるとスムーズです！清潔感があるので、毎日滞在が心地よかったです！滞在終盤は家同然でした笑！あ！あの有名なアイス屋さん(cows)もすぐですよ〜！最高です！！！ p.s. And to all the staff — If you’re seeing this, I really want to say thank you. Yes… it’s about the package. I’m so sorry for all the trouble I caused. After I sent a package full of special souvenirs back to Japan, I found out it had been returned to Canada because of a shipping issue. I was devastated. Inside were things my mother had bought for me — things that couldn’t simply be replaced, no matter how many times I went back to PEI or how much money I spent. At that moment, you reached out to help me, like angels. You didn’t have to, but you did — and you made it possible for my package to return safely to Japan. Thank you, truly, from the bottom of my heart. I will never, ever forget you, or what you did for me. From Japan, I’ll keep praying for your health and happiness every single day. I’ll be sending a small gift to show my gratitude — and I hope one day, I can see you again. No matter how many times I say “thank you,” it will never be enough. You are without a doubt the best hotel staff on the island!!!! I love you all so much!! Thank you, truly — from the deepest part of my heart!! ❤️

We had a fantastic stay at The Harbour House during our visit to Charlottetown. The location is absolutely perfect—quiet, charming, and just a short walk to downtown, the waterfront, and many great restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. On site laundry was a bonus! One small suggestion: for guests staying multiple nights (we stayed 4-5 days), it would be nice to see a bit more variety in the breakfast menu. While the food was tasty and fresh, a few changes throughout the week would have made it even better. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time at The Harbour House and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting PEI. Looking forward to coming back!

We stayed one night in Charlottetown at The Harbour House on Grafton St. There are a few other inns in that area, but we were quite happy at this one. The room was spacious, with a kitchenette and sitting area. Check in and out was easy.
