Comfortable bed! Very nice! Only thing that’s missing is the homemade breakfast

Every piece of furniture/decor appointed perfectly in the home, cozy pillows and blankets, convenience of coffee and beautiful balcony to enjoy it in. I would definitely come back again!!!!

Great place. Easy to access. Walked to Westport and the Plaza

If you are someone that likes to control the thermostat in your room or likes it when management returns your messages, this is not the place for you. It was too hot and the thermostat was locked up. The worst part was when management simply ghosted me. I cant think of one reason to refer this place or go back.

Lovely place. We were Celebrating our anniversary. Unfortunately we missed the first day because our air flight was Cancelled and we cldn’t b reimbursed for that night. The area is Lovely as well with nice restaurants.

Great location, the property is quaint and the grounds are lovely. KC is hot and humid in August so we appreciated the a/c and ceiling fan in our room! We didn’t encounter staff and all communication and transactions were virtual, which I really liked. I recommend this property to anyone looking for an experience different from a typical hotel stay.

Air conditioning is controlled by them. Fans were not enough during this heat wave. Bathroom mirror old and small. Great bed. Keyless entry worked well. Handicapped entrance was good. Hot tub was slippery when using as shower. No luggage caddy. Not much space in bath to set things on. Beautiful outside area.

Loved this property. No host on site, but they did a great job of communicating. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the Charlie Bird Parker room. It was extremely clean, easy to get to, and a great room! We would definitely recommend it to others! We stayed in the main house on our wedding night, and it was great again!
