Bij aankomt totaal geen uitleg over ontbijt en faciliteiten. Wij vroegen naar de sauna, deze stond altijd aan werd ons verteld. Helaas bleek, toen wij eenmaal in de sauna zaten, deze niet aan te staan. De eerste ochtend in een koude hal moeten ontbijten omdat een carnavalsvereniging de ontbijtzaal ( restaurant) had gehuurd. Dit was ook niet van te voren gemeld door de receptie en merkten we pas bij aankomst in de ontbijtzaal. Kamer was over het algemeen netjes, alleen bad was erg vies rondom de scharnieren van de bad wand. Personeel was onvriendelijk. Bij uitchecken werd niet eens gevraagd hoe het verblijf was geweest. Ontbijt werd niet tijdig aangevuld.

Service Rezeption katastrophal! Bezahlen am Anreisetag ohne eine Rechnung zu erhalten. Diese wird erst über Nacht geschrieben und am nächsten Morgen ausgehändigt. Über Nacht wurde aber keine Rechnung geschrieben, Mitarbeiter hatte keine Zeit. Morgens wollte man dann auch erst keine Rechnung ausstellen. Nach längerem hin u. her wurde eine Rechnung geschrieben. Dem Stapel nach, wurde überhaupt keine Rechnung vorbereitet. Bei anderen Gästen wurde eine falsche Rechnungsnummer auf dre Rechnung hinterlegt. Im Nachgang konnte der Mitarbeiter diese nicht mehr ändern und meinte, wir sollen später wieder kommen, wenn sein Chef da wäre... Leider konnte das Anliegen nicht geklärt werden, so dass wir im Nachgang mit dem Hotel es telefonisch klären müssen...
