En general.muy bien. Solo objetar que la temperatura de la habitación habia momentos que era un poco baja, y no entregan copias de los recibis de las consumiciones, salvo que las pidas, y las que entregan son ilegibles. Además, la conexion con internet es mejorable

Le check in n'a pas été bien car la personne qui nous a enregistrés (Elena) n'a pas été aimable. Nous avions une petite chienne très sage assise devant la porte d'entrée du hall et nous avons demandé si les chiens étaient admis. Nous comprenons tout à fait qu'ils ne soient pas admis mais la manière dont Elena (une jeune femme mince aux cheveux bruns(je précise car il y a une autre dame blonde qui s'appelle aussi Elena)) nous a répondu a été fort désagréable! Heureusement le reste du séjour a été très agréable. Nous avons testé le Spa très bien. Un dernier bémol: nous avons pris l'apéritif et demandé des olives. Il n'y en avait pas. Seuls des cacahuétes nous ont été proposés! Dans un hôtel 5 étoiles dans le sud de l'Espagne, ce n'est pas normal qu'il n'y ait pas d'olives!

Spettacolare resort, cortesia e disponibilitá. All'arrivo lo staff ci ha proposto il soggiorno in appartamento (una vera casa) nella struttura del club in luogo della camera dell'hotel. In piú la pensione completa in luogo della mezza. Tutto gratis. Soddisfatti della scelta anche se la pensione completa non fa per le nostre esigenze. A parte l'ottima colazione, i pasti a buffet risentono dell'internazionalitá e di eccessiva ... elaborazione. Mare un po' complesso da raggiungere (trenino e barchetta gratuiti) e da considerare che è oceano.
