Beautiful setting on a lovely beach. Peaceful and spacious gardens. Very nice restaurant setting. Great views across to the islands

There is a mosquito problem at this hotel but in fairness to the hotel, they do manage this in the rooms with a smoke, netting and electronic swatting system so initially we were a little perplexed but actually we got into the rhythm of living with this and we didn't get bites.

the private pool was great ,view was spectacular .private beach was ok ,the Thai Food resturant was OK The staff in general very good and delitfull and went all out to make you feel omfortable . The tent was spacious and well equiped for comfort

The place needs basic maintenance , wooden steps need to be replaired,roten planks replaced . The General manager made no effort to meet the guests and seemed aloof to guests and oblious to maintenance issues.The beach Fish Barbeque 60 Euros was a disaster every thing was cold fench fries ,stew .

Séjour de 5 jours dans l’hôtel et nous avons probablement hérité de la plus mauvaise chambre ( au fond du parc et la plus petite) alors que les séjours sont en moyenne beaucoup plus cours. Nous avons été déçus de ce manque de reconnaissance mais peut être l’hôtel préfère t il sur une même période mécontenter ceux qui restent que tous ceux qui passent. Sinon le reste est très bien.

The room had a special beach and was very private

Just checked out from an amazing 3-night stay at Koyao Island Resort. I studied islands near Phuket for weeks before the trip as I knew I wanted to get away. This resort is not cheap, but I think it was an amazing value, and WAY less expensive than some of the 5-star places I looked at. The resort is made up of 15 individual villas set off from a central area with reception, restaurant, bar and spa. Everything open-air and beautifully designed and executed. Walking the grounds at night was magical—so much attention put into the landscaping and lighting. Wildlife abounds, we saw dozens of Hornbills, and a three-foot monitor lizard strolled by as we were leaving the room this morning. The food is excellent—-also pricey for Thailand but perfectly prepared, and a wonderful daily breakfast buffet is included with the room. The staff were wonderful and attentive to everything. All the villas are steps from the sea, with a soft sand beach with incredible views of Pha Gna Bay. I’ll likely reserve a week for next year before I leave the country. I think this is the place where I want to get old.

Villas were open structure with a huge amount of insects and mosquitos. The third bed was just a mattress on the floor full of bed bugs which seriously bite and harm my daughter. The Restaurant Staff was not able to properly communicate in English. The price for night (e.g. almost 30,000 Baht) was absolutely overpriced.

Le petit déjeuner est bien le personnel est accueillant Le seul bémol ce sont les moustiques vu que la chambre est principalement en bois il y a des ouvertures un peu partout et rien n’y fait même avec des prises anti-moustiques vous êtes envahie de moustiques meme dans la chambre donc si vous êtes allergique aux piqûres de moustiques je vous le déconseille et si cela vous pose pas de problème alors je vous le recommande

We had 5 days 4 nights in this small boutique hotel. I put 1/5 because 0 is not possible and the view is beautiful. Otherwise there are so many negatives points we could not put a higher note ! - no security no keys on the room and the safe is not even fixed in a wall or wallet ! - people from outside seen on deckchair from the hotel in front of our villa with nobody saying anything ! So safety of guests are not respected - restaurant is good but so long 2 to 3 hours for 2/3 plates ! There is not enough staff apparently since Covid but price are high ! - Staff is nice and friendly but most of them are not speaking English and the manager finds it is a good idea to do team meetings during diner time !!! - outside shower smelled very badly and not clean - clearly price of 4/5 stars but services of 1/2 stars - last day we asked for 2 bananas since we left at 5am the kitchen forgot - we wanted to paid part in cash some bills refused because a little bit destroyed ( no problem at airport to be accepted ) - the women manager from the night absolutely useless and rude with guests and with all these problems 2 cocktails compensations wowwww Run run run from this hotel - it deserves to be closed and no tourists going in this hotel !!!
