The upgrades of this property are phenomenal. However, the actions of the clerk by telling me they do not have handicap rooms available. Furthermore, the property charged me a $100 deposit on Thurday 3/13/2024 alrhough the room was already paid for online. Today is 3/15/2024 and I have yet to receive my deposit. The call to the property goes to a Google subscriber. What a debacle. Expedia, please address this inconvenience.

The continental breakfast was horrible. They lay out food and opening and had nothing working, and there was nothing that was continental about it.
