Could be cleaner. Mirrors were so smeared that you couldn’t even see in them ! Needs to be updated.

The property was quiet and the staff friendly.

I booked a room, arrived a little after midnight, but they told me there were no rooms. For my non-refundable deposit, I slept on the street.

Location was very good. Right off 95.

Room was worn. Clean, but very dated. AC unit was extremely loud. The breakfast was awful. We ate nothing and had coffee to go. Overall the room and property need a good facelift.

Raj, the owner manager, is a liar and is violent. After my first night there, I made a separate reservation through a third-party for a week and wanted to stay in the same room. He told me that I had to check out and check back in or pay a $40 early check in fee even though I was already there. He claimed that was Priceline’s policy. I checked with Priceline and they didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. He said if I booked through him, he would reduce the rate to match Priceline’s, then quoted me for the week and said he would keep it at that since I was planning on staying several weeks. After two weeks he went up 70 or $80. I refuse to pay that and I called him out on it. We got into an argument , he cursed me out and chased me to the door and then held the door when I tried to get back to ask him about my deposit.

They advertised breakfast. The coffee was awful with no creamer other than powder some awful muffin. No breakfast. Pathetic.
