Hilton Garden Inn Albany

I love the location and amenities,

The clerk at the front desk lied to me. I initially booked for one night but due to family emergency I had to stay an additional two days. He told me the hotel was fully booked so I booked a room at another hotel. I went upstairs to gather my belongings and was informed by him that I could stay the extra days, so I had to go through the hassle of cancelling another hotel

Breakfast was excellent and the staff customer service was very great…Food was delicious

Everything was good…no complaints

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Albany, Ga. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very accommodating. The restaurant was great and Ann served from the bar was awesome! A great personality and great mixologist. Ms. Floyd was a terrific hostess and made you feel seen and welcomed. Chef Greg made one of the best flavored Prime Rib specials I have had in a long time. Definitely will be back the next time I'm in town! Great job!

I was extremely impressed with the Hilton Garden Inn - Albany, Georgia. In fact, I would rate this as one of the top Hilton Garden Inn’s that I have ever stayed in. The location is extremely convenient, in downtown Albany, right across the street from the Flint River. I had completely booked my reservation for the wrong check-in day, and showed up a day early. The front desk staff was absolutely very accommodating, and quickly changed my reservationfor me on the spot. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. I ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. Both were extremely tasty, fast, and efficient. The staff taking orders and serving the food were very friendly and accommodating. Good place to stay, have been here multiple times on business and no complaints. Would not recommend venturing too far outside of the hotel though.

Room was cozy, and dinner was amazing! Marques the chef has the salmon and the mixed vegetables was excellent! You take in what he does he is outstanding. Ms. Ann and Mrs. Floyd are so nice and they are always welcoming you with a smile! Outstanding service, great food, and very professional. Simply enjoyed them. We will definitely be back! The location of the hotel is easy to find and Frank (registration desk) was nice and provided excellent customer service. He is excellent working the front desk! Property is very nice, modern updates and very clean! Outstanding hotel, service and wonderful employees. Thank you Ms. Ann, Mrs Floyd, Chef Marques and Mr. Frank!
