Taylor and everyone at the front desk were always very kind and helpful. Every employee I even walked by was so sweet. And the folks that run the restaurant and bar were Incredible. Shoutout to Jay who talk such sweet care of me. Thank you so much folks!

I selected this location for my Half Marathon at the Combos Marathon which was perfect...right by the start and finish line. Great customer service! I decided to stay and have brunch with my family the next day at the hotel. The food was delicious and the service was great. I will definitely be back if I'm ever in Albany!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Albany. The staff was incredibly friendly, and our room was clean, updated, and had plenty of space. The mini fridge was nice and cold, which kept our water and snacks perfectly chilled. A special thank you to our server Tony, Chef Mr. Wayne, and host Mama Brenda—they truly made our experience memorable. They made us feel spoiled and very well taken care of. Everyone was so kind, and the food was delicious! We really appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. 😊

I stayed here for a work trip for an event at the civic center. This property is wonderful, clean, nice, updated, all of the things. BUT my favorite part was the staff, from the moment I walked in, they are the amazing, friendly, authentic, delightful people! They all made my stay perfect! If I could give this place 100 stars I would!

Our stay was an excellent experience beginning with check in and ending with breakfast. The original place that we generally stay when visiting my son and his family was booked. After looking at reviews of other places, we decided to try Hilton Garden Inn. The desk clerk was very friendly and got us checked in quickly. After our grandchildren’s basketball game, we returned to our hotel with the same host greeting us with a smile. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The price was good and the location right next to the river walk was nice. This morning we decided to try the restaurant due to comments made on the grits and were not disappointed. The food was delicious and the environment was so much better than a restaurant due to Tony, our server, Shonda, our host and Chef Daniel. We definitely plan to stay upon our next visit.
