"I’d go again, but I wouldn’t take our dogs."

Our stay was pleasant . The breakfast was simple, home-made and delicious.

Dominique prefers no dogs stay at her property . During check-in, she exclaimed that booking does not offer pet friendly stays. However, she had a pet policy that I signed and allowed us to keep our two small dogs (we had houses for them) If your dog makes noise though, she may want you to kennel your dog.

I loved this place! Wish I could’ve stayed for a week. Breakfast was served to my private patio, and it was delicious. The Jacuzzi hot tub on the patio was such a treat. I will definitely come back when I’m in Santa Barbara.

"“Awful” I couldn’t wait to get out of there! “Next time” I pay more & stay in a better place!"

I didn’t like anything even the price was too much for this “DUMP”!!! Because it was “NON REFUNDABLE” I had to stick it out! I felt like I was staying in a cardboard box and everyone from the outside could hear my TV on etc. This place has NOT been taken care of…“The landscaping has been let go & everything seems over grown & out of control!” A real Fire hazard! The place needs major updates and improvements both on outside and inside-in my room the shutters seemed like they didn’t fit the windows so at night with the lights on you could see right through my room- I had to clip a painter’s tarp to shutter's that I just happened to have in my car. I ate the breakfast the first day & the eggs were so greasy that I got a stomach ache “needless” to say I didn’t go to breakfast on the 2nd day! It just seems like the owner doesn’t want to put the money it takes to keep this place up everything in the room I stayed in needs to be stripped down architecturally on the inside & outside & redone the right way!

I believe I summed up everything I didn’t like-“Which” was EVERYTHING!

Nice place. Very friendly and accomodating owner. Nice room. Location is ok if you don't mind being a little off State street and the wharf, but it was fine for me.

I thought it was a little over-priced, but that said, it was peak season so I expected to pay premium rates.
