It was a lovely hotel with excellent facilities…especially the pool and spa. Lobby area is gorgeous and staff were friendly and efficient on check in. We had a family suite which was just perfect for us to all be in one room together. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. We will definitely stay at Voco again. Thank you.

Seems this Hotel is on a cost savings drive. Short on staff, except in the reception. Issues with cleanliness in the bedroom, especially around the coffee and tea making facilities. Carpet stains on the bedroom carpet really needs attention, as does the bathroom floor. Actually all areas in the Hotel need a general makeover for the modern traveller. The room key entry system has failed us each time over the last 3 visits. It’s the small things that count. Great location for our needs.
