"Great Hotel"

This is a great hotel, modern with comfortable and spacious rooms. Unfortunately on this occasion I had an issue with the heating in the room. The controls showed an error message and the heating wouldn't work. I reported to reception and they sent someone to look at it immediately. It couldn't be fixed so I was offered an alternative room but the maintenance guy said I could have a portable heater which he brought up and that was fine. These things happen and the problem was dealt with quickly so I was very happy with the service.

"Exceptional"

The Hotel was fantastic and the gym was great, nice and clean, the staff were friendly, there was construction work being carried out on the side of the hotel, but know noise when I stay, I would definitely stay again.
