Claudine is a rare gem—one of the sweetest human beings we have ever met. 😊 Mr. Garfield – The Smile That Brightens Every Day Mr. Garfield greeted us every day with such a joyful smile and friendly energy that it felt like seeing a loved one. His kindness and charm made our stay even more memorable. We had a wonderful experience at the Coco Palm hotel. Staff were so accommodating. Very helpful to us with recommendations about where to go for food and activities available on the island. The food in the hotel was also incredible. The hotel is in a great location and very clean and tidy. Great facilities available also. Thank you so much to all the staff especially Nigel, Garfield, Ian, Sam and Garnett. Will look forward to returning in the future

Coco Palm Hotel and the associated Ti Bananne Caribbean Bistro and Bar are exquisite little gems in Rodney Bay, just a hundred yards from a beautiful public beach, but they remain a great deal. If you are looking for a more affordable and personal experience than what the corporate giants offer, this is for you! The concierge and front desk, housekeeping staff, and restaurant and bar service make everyone feel special. Some caveats to improve your stay: the taxi service wears a CocoPalm shirt but is an independent contractor. They are reliable and can be trusted to pick you up after your excursions to places like Pigeon Island or downtown markets in Castries, but will ask to be paid in cash per person, so ask the price ahead of time. It is a set price and is not negotiated. Also, bring plenty of cash for rides, tips, and souvenirs from small vendors or a rum drink in a coconut and a rental lounge on the beach. American dollars are about 2.7 EC dollars and are accepted everywhere.

Coco Palm I have just returned from a two-week stay in Coco Palm Resorts and I feel that I have earned the right to submit this review as it was my 18th return visit. Firstly, I must say that it is the staff that make your stay so memorable and although I could give you a list of names I feel that all staff should be recognised for their exceptional service & friendliness from Housekeeping, Restaurant team, Bartenders, Kitchen team, Reception team and all those behind this scenes The resort is a beautiful Caribbean style boutique hotel which you can’t help but love All of the rooms are spacious in size and are finished to the same high-level of decor and ample size, unless you are lucky enough to have booked one of the suites which in my view are exceptional and great for a family. The hotel has had quite a few changes over the years and the latest refurbishments I sure these will make a vast improvement to your next holiday here From the improved restaurant areas, cabanas, poolside chairs & beds and the lovely sun umbrellas if you like the shade The biggest improvement is to the patio pool view rooms and the swim-up pool rooms, with their spacious decking areas and their new outdoor furniture The restaurant area is spacious and has comfortable dining furniture The lunch time menu has plenty of choices and in my opinion all are delicious, and well presented. The evening meal menu is À la carte, and all are cooked to perfection in my opinion having sampled most of the dishes on offer. Now I have some comments that I think could improve your stay even more 1, the evening meal menu could be improved by offering an alternating menu every other week (important for those that stay for 10 days or more) or maybe a special’s board with one or two different dishes every night, I believe the Executive Chef is highly capable and could easily make these changes without too much difficulty, whilst still using the staples of all dishes (just prepared / cooked differently) 2, The entertainment is too close to the bar and you end up shouting when talking to other guests or the bartender 3, The lovely Gazebo (which you can see in  FB videos) should be brought BACK to be closer to the restaurant and the bar, then the entertainment could go back in there If the management don’t want to move it then at least move the annoying pool table, so guests can use it as a beautiful shaded area near all amenities 4, Like a lot of the guests I am maturing in age and the pool games that have been added to the pool area can be rather annoying when you are trying to relax in the sunshine, and as the hotel only has one pool you can’t choose to move to another area away from the noise 5, The finish to the Bar Top needs looking at as it is just a slab of concrete without any sealant applied So if a drink is even slightly spilt the bar top becomes sticky These comments are not just my opinion but also from other guests during my many stays over the years, and especially the last two years during the most recent renovations

Six of us have just returned from a 10 night holiday at the Coco Palm, to celebrate a milestone birthday. We found the hotel very clean with some notably welcoming and friendly staff: Garfield on the front desk was very attentive and helpful, Jan the hardworking, but always smiling server and Danecia deserve special mentions. Food at the Ti Bananne restaurant was delicious; varied and well presented. We stayed all inclusive and as other reviewers mentioned, the signing of receipts after every meal, and drink at the bar, became a little tiresome especially as our party occupied three rooms and so three separate signatures were required at lunch and dinner. Our swim-up rooms had been recently decorated and were very clean. Beds were made and floors cleaned, with new towels provided, every day. One point to mention though is that new decking has been laid to make the outside seating areas of these rooms larger. In doing so access to and from the water is via metal ladders, the bottom rung of which is 2 feet off the bottom of the pool which guests with limited mobility may find difficult. The hotel was quiet most of the time although the garden and pool staff started their rounds early in the morning so don't be surprised to be awoken by a leaf blower if you're facing the pool - but it does mean you are presented with clean water and sun loungers when you do want to be by the pool. Apart from one night we didn't hear any noise from nearby clubs, possibly because it was the start of the holiday season? Aside from minor negative points, this is a lovely hotel and one we would be happy to return to in future.

Great experience. Beautiful grounds, pool, accommodations. Dinner was excellent at restaurant access the breakfast buffet. Easy walk to the beach.

My wife and I have just enjoyed a lovely 10-day stay at Coco Palm and would highly recommend the hotel. The hotel is very clean and well-appointed. The staff are all lovely, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. We chose a ground-floor garden room to enjoy peace and quiet, sitting, and watching the birds. The food is exceptionally good: a buffet breakfast, an à la carte lunch, and a three-course dinner from an extensive menu. As we were staying all-inclusive, we had use of the restaurant and sampled most dishes. The food quality is better than at most hotels we have stayed at, especially all-inclusive ones. A personal favourite was the pumpkin soup, but all of the dishes are fantastic. As we hired a car and explored most days, we didn't make use of the pool or loungers, but it was very inviting and clean. The local beach was lovely, our favourite part was the far end near the water park as it was quiet, warm and still for swimming and safe from jet skis/boats. We didn't take any trips from the hotel as we had hired a car and travelled 300 miles around the island ourselves, and can highly recommend doing so. On the whole, the hotel was quiet; we only experienced two nights of noise. The first Friday night we were there, a lot of (I think locals or a political rally) people were very shouty/singing in the corridors and outside in the garden, which wasn't ideal, but it didn't go on too long. Then on Saturday night, the house next to the hotel had a garden party with an outside DJ. This was too loud and went on too late, but it was not the hotel's fault. We are not party people and enjoy peace. Given the hotel's central location, it was mostly quiet. The area around Rodney Bay is lovely, safe, and friendly. The only issue we had with the hotel was that, on check-out, they mistakenly wanted to charge us $240 USD for a private taxi, even though we had a private transfer voucher, but it was easily sorted. If I had any suggestions, I would recommend that the hotel put a stop to guests leaving towels on sunbeds at 7 am and leaving them there all day, regardless of whether they were using them, to prevent other guests from using them. Table numbers in the restaurant would save the servers from having to ask for the guests' room number every time they ordered any food or drink during a meal; it's a small thing, but being asked your room number 4-5 times during an evening meal is a bit much, not just for us, but for the staff! Overall, a lovely, friendly, clean hotel that we would be happy to recommend.
