NEVER STAY AGAIN!!! I based my stay off of the reviews from August 2024 thinking okay these are current. And of course their nice website…Now I feel those were falsified reviews BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY!! And hopefully there will be more honest reviews from this time period that I stayed because so many guest were complaining to the office as well. The property needs serious updates, parking is terrible and you HAVE TO PAY TO PARK!!! That’s ridiculous never have I had to pay to park at a hotel I paid to stay at! I was told during my stay there will be no housekeeping if I need towels you have to call before 2 pm and come to the office and pick them up. My suite with kitchen smelled like smoke for a non smoking facility as well as mold!! And the room had mold on the bed box spring and living room chair. Everything was nasty from dressers, walls to floor… You can tell nothing was wiped down the floor wasn’t swept there was a toe nail on the floor !!!! The area rug full of dirt and just nasty. The tub was dirty and for a booking of 5 they only had a set of 2 towels in the room. Beds very uncomfortable!! And if you complain you get an apology and a card for the corporate # Just a horrible stay!!

Excellent vacation time.

Team was super friendly, price was very fair, area was quiet, room was spacious. Unit had soap from previous person, popcorn on the floor, a metal key on the counter, and the towels looked like they had been refolded. It was a bit unnerving.

The kids love the pool area

Staff were not friendly at all. The room was suppose to have queen befs and had double beds. Bed frames sounded like they were about to fall apart and i told maintenance about that and supervisor at the front desk no on ever came by to fix the issue. Blanket on bed was dirty and i told front desk about and was brought new sheets not blankets. Check in was an issue. The room i book which showed available on Caravelle’s site i was told was not available and i had to upgrade even though it showed available on their site. I never could get in touch with housekeeping to come by for trash pick up or exchange linens, i had to go to the front desk and get them myself. One our last day there someone in housekeeping busted in the room while i was asleep didn't even or announce herself, she just walked in there. Security stayed around the pool meanwhile people where yelling and arguing on our floor and no security came by and you could smell weed everywhere which was disappointing because my 11 year could not go out on the balcony at times because the smell was strong. The only good thing about this place was the pool and the ocean. We will never stay here again. Other guest were complaining about the same exact things. Very sad because i felt the staff didn’t care that people were not happy

Other than parking everything was great Parking was closed off on upper levels and barely anywhere to park

Put me in wrong room and charged me a deposit and never gave it back and was charged for breakfast and was disappointed and that disrespect me

We waited 2.5hrs because the key will not unlock the door. Smell bad in the room, try to get towels and front desk never answer. You had employees watching you to make sure you had a bracelet to use pools but they were not fear they will not ask everyone.

It was ok but wouldn't book again.
