Horrible. Will never return.

Terrible place avoid this location management is poor room smells like pee and cigarettes holes in the carpet room. I was not even there 12 minutes and the lady told me you have been there more than 10 minutes would not offer refund. Very rude and unprofessional I would rather sleep in a rest stop in my vehicle which I had to do since I was on the way back from Gatlinburg. People do not spend your money here in this dump you will regret it

Check in was smooth and friendly. Elevator to second floor. Older furnishings but comfortable. AC was on and cold.

Place is a dump the carpet in hallway is filthy and smells in the morning hallway filled with cigarette smoke ,the bathtub had a hole the size of your fist look like they slapped some bondo over it ,tv remote missing the back although still working,Direct TV was great bed was comfortable breakfasts was a joke toast cereal or waffles

When we arrived at 9:30pm, no one was at the counter. I stood for 5 minutes calling "hello" to no avail. I went to my car to grab my phone to call hotel numbet, and when I returned, a lady was there. She said sorry, she was in restroom. A sign would have been nice. There were all kinds of people hanging in hallways. Appeared to be possible migrant housing. Room smelled of ashtray, 2 remotes did not work for TV, and TV was coming off the wall. Morning attendant (clerk) very perky and nice.

This property is in desperate need of refurbishing. The carpet is nasty, stains everywhere. There is a food smell that makes it feel like people are cooking in their rooms, a heavy Asian food smell, like you’re in a Chinese restaurant. It wasn just from a delivery, it never went away. We went down for their sad little breakfast and there was literally 1 piece of bread and cereal. No milk. Everything had run out and there was no employee to be found, even at the front desk. We finally found the front desk person cleaning a room down the hall. What?? She said there had been a large group just come through for breakfast. Umm no. And if there was, someone should have been there replacing things. We went out to breakfast and did not return. Stay away from this place.

Fantastic stay for the price.

Walls are paper thin. Heard the next room clear as day. Works for a quick stop. I definitely would not recommend this hotel for a long period of time.

This has to be the worst experience I've ever had staying in a hotel I mean the hotel's not that clean the staff's completely rude kind of seemed prejudiced they literally threw my stuff out of the room into the rain did not have a care from my items and some are missing and they won't even allow me to go check where my items are 9 if someone another guys told me that they were throwing my items and took a tribe and now I'm missing my personal property and everything I recommend is hotel and not a good place to stay is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my life
