It is always the best place to stay

The breakfast was very good. There were French toast sticks, yogurt, oats, muffins, waffle maker machine and bananas. However, the scrambled eggs were terrible.

Friendly staff, excellent location, free shuttle to/from the airport. Free breakfast if you can get to it before 9:30. Lovely reception area and perfect for an overnight stay to/from BWI.

The floors in my bathroom were a bit sticky, best case scenario the soap wasn't rinsed off enough but I didn't feel comfortable taking a shower in there.

Except for checkin, no problems. The free ride back to the airport was on time.

They didn't have my reservation when I got there. I'm sure that's Booking.com's fault, but on the other hand, I had to pay like I was checking in from scratch. I typically book when I get off a plane and I believe I got there about an hour after I did the booking. This has happened a couple of times before, but other places didn't make me pay. I think those other places considered it routine. I think we had to take a taxi because we were there late at night, so that wasn't free.

We had a very frustrating experience with our booking. We had already paid through Booking.com, but when we arrived, the hotel claimed they had not received the payment. We spent over an hour and a half trying to resolve the issue with both the hotel and Booking.com customer service after a 3.5-hour drive to get there. Apparently, the hotel had attempted to charge the payment multiple times, which caused the transaction to be blocked, and they were unable to try again for another 24 hours. Despite this being an issue between the hotel and Booking.com, the hotel refused to let us check in unless we paid for the room again. Unfortunately, the Booking.com customer service agent was unable to resolve the situation and simply suggested canceling the reservation and finding another hotel. After already spending so much time trying to check in, that was not a realistic solution for us. In the end, we had no choice but to pay the hotel directly for the room, even though we had already paid through Booking.com, and we were charged a higher rate on top of it. Very disappointing experience overall.
