By far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Suey rooms and sheets, drug addicts all over the hotel and outside. I was very uncomfortable and truly didn’t even want to stay. I wouldn’t stay there even if it was free. NEVER AGAIN! This hotel should bed removed from your website!
I love going back home to visit..i just would like a clean place to stay.
The carpet need shampoo, rooms and hallways
Staff was very friendly & linens were all clean. However it’s not located in a good area, it smelled like weed as soon as you step in, and the room smelled moldy/musty. I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport & had a garage for parking, but when I arrived, they didn’t have any parking available (which spawned other issues I then had to deal with). Very friendly staff, but no restaurant, breakfast, etc and you could hear guests on other floors.
The hotel room was not clean and things were broken. When I called down to the front desk they were aware of broken furniture items. The elevator was broken in the morning with no explanation. In addition there was lots of trash and used tiles in all the hallways.
The guy was working the night i stayed was very friendly, very helpfull, he tryed his best to help me and he did with where ever I ask he even offer me 2 water bottles from the vanding machine from his own money. Thank you.
Dirty
Fine. There was definitely a smell of old and not updated. My closet was missing a rod to hang clothes. Window allowed street noise in. Air conditioning was cold, but allowed unpleasant smells in. Fine for the price, but I’ll give it a 5/10
The room was Disgusting and filthy the bathroom was despicable, the customer service is poor and horrible, it has a lot of junk hanging around in the elevators in hotel, and in the hall way, they do not have enough parking for guess, so make up your mind to be loo
