Very dirty. Dust in room.
We needed a night to stay, a short night. So we didnt think this could be so bad. But this place was dirty, elevator only worked a few times, we had to carry the stroller through the stairs. The towels and sheets had all kind of stains, so we went and bough some. The front desk and housekeeping staff was very friendly and nice.
Unsafe and not clean, my car was broken into
The hotel was pretty clean. The bathroom could have used a little more scrubbing, but it was not worth complaining about. The beds were very comfortable. The parking situation is really tight. We ended up being blocked in by another hotel guest and had to wait until staff located them and they came down to move, which took about 15-20 minutes.

The room we were given smelled like a wet dog. There were no towels or soap in the bathroom. The elevators and overall hotel was unkept. Only good thing was that the bed was comfy.
Large room, poorly cleaned, strong bad smell
There was a piece of gum stuck on the night table. There was also a bullet on the floor by the air conditioning unit. Floor was dirty, furniture has holes from cigarettes burns and it seems like the previous guest had a dog because there was dog hair all over the carpet and the bed cover.
Lack of customer service offered by the staff. Trash in hallway, leftover trash in the room
