Room was very small and not cleaned. Very smelly room.
Room was dirty with hair in bathroom on the floors, in the sink and in the bathtub. Sheets dirty with hair. Old trash found in the room, candy wrappers behind pillows and on floor plus under bed. Kitchen sink dirty. No sheets on pull out bed, front desk only had 1 sheet left so no sheet to cover up with. Front desk only had 1 pillow so no pillow to sleep with for 1 person. Overall room was not clean prior to checking in. Room phone did not work. Room service took over an hour to deliver food. Overall experience was horrible and I’ll never return.
Looking for a hotel near the JFK airport and decided to choose this one because of proximity and price range. At $129 a night this hotel is way overpriced. Hotel was horrible: the welcoming smell of weed throughout the building, stained towels, shower not working right and room phone had no ring tone. Location is terrible, and area is very unsafe. Staff was polite but unwilling to solve any issues. Obviously full payment is required at check in. Area seems to be sweet spot for drug selling and exchange. Would never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone unless people dont mind all of the above experience.
Walked in room 211 and upon checking the bedding as I do anywhere found a bed bug immediately took a picture and showed the front desk was moved to the 4th floor
I liked the location and proximity to the airport. I did not like the cleanliness and smell of elevator and hallways.
The cleanliness needs to be improved. Waiting area is a mess. I am not sure if all the other rooms are same but everything were crammed together. There are reasonably well shopping and dining within the walking distance, but seeings shattered car windows on the sidewalk isn't that assuring for getting out after dark.

Hotel is always dirty. Towels are stained. Bed sheets are stained. Bathroom smelled like cigarettes. No blow dryer. The walls are stained. Overall terrible.

Carpets in this hotel look like they haven't been vacuumed in months. Room reeked of cigarette smoke, especially in the bathroom- family didn't even want to go in there. Food was left in the refrigerator from previous guests. On the plus side, the front desk clerk was friendly. Definitely won't stay here again.
