It was easy to commute to. There was also a bus stop outside so I did not have to walk far to take the bus.
I got there and they couldn’t find my reservation. Had to find my own hotel for that night after. Do not recommend.
Service at this property was the worst I've ever been. They didn't even offer water. They charged me a $50.00 down and have not refund it as of yet. I'd never stay at this hotel, the staff is very unfriendly.

A newly renovated, good-looking hotel with below average service due to understaffing during the later afternoon and evening hours. Be prepared for loud talking noises from next door and the street, ambulance/police patrol sirens, and many more to come when you are in bed trying to sleep. Convenient location to/from JFK, limited parking spots that you might get blocked or relocate your car at a surprising time. Guessing a type of normalcy for New Yorkers? Overall, just a place to spend the night before continuing your journey.
It was clean
This was a terrible hotel, they said they had parking but there wasn’t enough spots for everyone two paid ($20 a night). It was filthy and our locks were broken in both rooms we stayed in (had to get moved because of how disgusting the first one was) don’t ever stay here. The only person who treated us with kindness was the person who checked us out (a 19 year old who looked so stressed)
lobby area has bad smell, seems like they have lots of clients are smoker and smell like weed. its not nice place for family. people are front desk are very helpful and nice.
The towel is dirty and the room doesnt clean.the smell is so bad and sorounding is not really secure.they should put clean towel and extra tissue paper.so bad!
Booked hotel room last minute as plans unfortunately had changed. This is not a family friendly hotel. Setting was not comfortable, and the room was dirty.
