The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and refilled it many times.

The elevator stops strongly and it doesn’t stop exactly with the floor (it’s nice that the hotel staff posted a warning to take care of our steps while leaving the elevator) but it needs to be fixed.

"Solo merece la pena la ubicación"

La ubicación

El personal.... son indues pero se hacen los suecos.... osea cuando hay un problema te dicen que lo sienten pero no intentan arreglar nada... con una temperatura de 27 grados teníamos la calefacción puesta en la habitación y en 3 días no hicieron nada por solucionarlo nos dijeron que el gerente hablaría con nosotros pero era mentira claro. Osea, nos mintieron desde el mismo momento en que pusimos un pie en el hotel.... no arreglaron la habitación, y eso que lo pedimos... en fin, el hotel no está mal.... pero madre que servicio... y el desayuno decir que es básico se queda corto.
