I had a place to stay

It is really old, run down and the check in experience was a nightmare. Bad smell not a nice neighborhood. I paid for reserve parking and they didn’t honor it when I arrived. They refunded it but that’s not the point of prepaying. The night staff at check in were horrible. Told me they gave away the room bc didn’t prepay but I had selected pay at property. Reservation for 2 rooms- ended up both rooms under my mother’s name when she didn’t even do the booking. It was bizarre and not the way to start a vacation. It was a nightmare and late at night. The hotel is really run down. Breakfast was bare minimum.

Lampe tachée, mur sale. Déjeuner très basique aucune protéine . Ascenseur désuet et très lent
