Le personel acceuillant Proche du metro et de la station de bus

The location was very good for us and all the staff was very professional and nice.

Check-in time should be earlier than 4pm. Breakfast quality was very poor and the service was understaffed, which meant customers were waiting around for coffee, buns and cutlery, while one overstressed staff member was trying to fill all gaps. Totally unacceptable-
