Room facing the garden. Lovely sight. Pool-side setup with cozy, clean and well maintained cabanas/deck chairs. Pool noodles and swimming aids provided for kids' enjoyment. Surrounded by garden/hills making a picturesque sight. Provide free shuttle to shopping malls. Buggy service to and from parking area. Service with a smile.

We had to go to Putrajaya so the location was convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and this was largely due to the F&B manager and his very attentive staff. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and at the cafe for breakfast and both were really good. We used the swimming pool area which is spectacular in its settling but sadly it is not clean. The grout lines are all full of dark mold all over the pool so hopefully someone at the hotel will read this review and fix this very obvious negative aspect. Also one of the pool hand rails is missing and one of the decorative urns was smashed off and not replaced. If the pool was better maintained, this pool area is amazing and would be a highlight for the hotel.

Hotel in peaceful, quiet location with lovely view of the mosques and gardens. Building a bit tired in places but obvious that renovations are planned, which is good. Infinity pool and area was lovely and relaxing. Friendliness of the staff from the very beginning and throughout our stay was exceptional and to us was the highlight . Lovely people.

I ate at the cafe at the hotel, later had a surprise slice of cake - was my birthday! Spent the whole night in pain, threw-up n diarrhea!!!
