PULSE GRANDE Hotel

Friendly staffs, nice view and environment.

Lovely location, peaceful surroundings, reception staff very friendly and helpful, outside appearance terrible and off putting. Needs renovation. Restaurant poor quality food, apart from breakfast omelettes.

Building is pretty basic. seems almost like an upmarket school Eggs and Baked beans at Breakfast were cold, at 0800 am how can that be even possible?

The property is kinda old. The bath tub is w?very dirty and the room service is not tasty at all.

Perfect place to rest.

As it was only a 1 night stay, all-in-all, I am happy with the hotel's services and the room condition. I did not get a chance to explore the pool, gym and spa, hence can't comment on it. I liked its peacefulness, given the hotel is located away from the highway.

I like the place very peacefull fully relaxing and the people is very kind and very clean the place.I will come back again and invited my friend to try tk stay in the hotel.

Front desk staffs went beyond extra miles to look into our genuine needs and made things happened for us. Wonderful service and staffs' attitude are excellent!

nice to sty esply for family

Breakfast served is ok but can be better. Divan in the room move easily, should be fixed two legs and wheel on the other two legs (not all four legs wheels). Wading pool is dirty, you can see the moss floating. Poorly maintained garden hence affected the view from patio.
