部屋のwifiが弱めでした。ドミトリー下でしたが、入口がもう少し出入りしやすいとなお良いかなと思います。

For me, the private onsen rooms stand out as a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I'm not a fan of public onsen, so being able to relax privately was a real treat. The room was lovely and spacious, whilst I was travelling alone this would be easily enough space for a small group of 3-4. The room also included a private toilet, shower and basin which was very convenient. The staff were polite and welcoming.

I had no issues during my stay, there wasn't anything in particularly that I disliked. The parking situation can be a little tight at times, they use double parking so for the cars stacked in front you'll need to leave your car key with the staff but I've never not had a place to park. I was surprised to find the staff had moved my car closer to the front of the entrance the next morning, I think this was intended as a nice service but I felt bad because the inside of my car was a bit messy, since I arrived late and was checking out early I thought they may not need to move my car.

The dorm room was clean and the capsule space was quite spacious, much more room than a usual capsule hotel. It seemed to be a female only dorm room which was great and everyone was considerate and quiet. I really liked that there were private onsen rooms you could book and use by the hour. In my opinion they were a great price and very relaxing! Personally I'm not comfortable with public onsens, I was glad they not only had 2 private onsen rooms available but also 2 private shower rooms as well. Convenient location for those visiting Ebisu Circuit!

The shower rooms weren't the best, they were a bit mouldy and I don't think they had good ventilation but it wasn't terrible. Adding some more hooks on the wall would be good. There are only 2 shower rooms for the entire place. I overheard some others who woke up earlier had to wait for showers but when I went they were available. If I stay there again, I'd for sure book the private onsen room again, that was lovely! The parking availability wasn't great, however I was staying there during golden week and it was very busy. The staff were very helpful however and both nights made sure I had somewhere to park without too much hassle.
