"Call before booking bc they don’t tell you anything about deposit"

The room was clean it was very quiet it was near where I take treatment so I tried this motel out since i usually have stay somewhere it was nice place

No where did it say they charge a deposit up on check in I got charged deposit the man who did it couldn’t tell me anything for talking on his phone so I ask when I checked out was told I would get it back in 3-7 days I still haven’t got my deposit back my card holder tells me I have take it up with them good luck because you can’t understand nothing anyone says I would like my deposit back I was only in room for maybe 5 hrs if that I actually like this place until this

T.T was able to help us work out an additional stay due to inclement weather in the area and in the area where we were returning to. We were able to keep the room we were booked in initially.
