Location was fine. Breakfast was acceptable. Our room was clean and neat. Window dressing was unique and directed towards privacy. Really liked no carpet and no curtains to catch dust. Floor felt safe to walk on. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hole in wall behind bathroom door. Hole in door at bottom of back of bathroom door. Lantern fly climbing on window shade in room. Desk in room was very fragile. Room had sufficient space to move but felt crowded. Perhaps a room with two queens would have been a better choice for us instead of the king size bed.

At check in, the clerk did not tell me there was a "black out screen" for the window. There are not curtains, but screens. I tried to move the metal chains on the screen but was too tired to figure it out there was another screen. I didn't think to call down to the desk to inquire. So, I slept with the room being lit the entire night.

The location was conveniently located right off the highway. It felt like a safe location as well.

I’d like to think of my comments as an opportunity for improvements and not complaints. Upon our arrival we had already been driving for over 12 hours so we were exhausted and just ready to get some sleep. The 2 staff people were nice but once staff member was eating and chewing loudly as well as burping several times. On one of the beds there were several large stains on the duvet cover. Someone even left a little note still on the bed that said there were stains on the duvet cover. The shower water pressure was very poor and the shower floor was extremely slippery. I slipped getting in but luckily caught myself from falling. There were little pieces of trash still on the floor in the room itself. The tv didn’t work well getting only a couple of channels. And those were mostly sports channels. I would have said something and requested another room but as I indicated earlier we had been on the road for 12 hours and just wanted to get some sleep. Please take these as opportunities for improvements and not complaints.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! Hunter and Bobby were great!!

The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was a good deal. Overall highly recommend this hotel good value for money!
