Tolle Lodge. Sehr abgelegen und daher sehr ruhig. Die 30km Zufahrt ist gut befahrbar und es hat sich gelohnt. Das Abendessen fand an einer langen Tafel mit allen Gästen und dem Besitzer statt. Das Essen war OK.

Everything! The room, the bathroom, the location, everything was so perfect. The food was the best of our trip and oh my god the experiences! Sundowner and Sossuvlei were truly amazing!

"True oasis in the middle of the dessert"

Everything - this hotel was the highlight of our trip. Facilities are amazing and staff could not be better, they made our stay so special. We really enjoyed the day trip to Deadvlei and the sundowner experience. Special thanks to our guide Daniel! Food was great, very complete and tasty menu for dinner.

"Beautiful place in Sossusvlei for two nights"

The lodge is nice and beautiful. It was clean and close to Sossusvlei. The staff were polite. The sundowner activity was really special! We did twice, paying separately for the second time, because it was worthy.

The area was super windy during our stay, particularly at night. Our tent (room suite) was so noisy it was frightening. Also, it was not a double bed, but two single beds put together under the bedsheet, which isn’t comfortable for a couple. Furthermore, we booked three nights of an all inclusive package (meals and activities) thinking that we could go to Sossusvlei twice, but upon arrival they explained that each stay has the right to two activities: the sundowner and a whole day at Sossusvlei. So, our third night - though paid at the same rate - had no activity included. It made no sense. In the end, we were exhausted by our day at Sossusvlei, so, instead of visiting the park twice, we decided to pay extra for a second sundowner. It was worthy, since it really is special, but makes no sense paying extra when you are paying for an all inclusive package. Hence, I would recommend just stay for two nights.
