"Good"

First the hotel tried to cancel our hotel room hours before arrival. I had to beg just to keep our room because they over booked. Then when we got there our room smelt like a dirty gym bag. We ended up not staying the night and driving home to sleep.

"Nice stop while traveling"

The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in shower was strong. The breakfast was okay except for the weak coffee. This is probably the best hotel in Kewanee and it is perfectly functional. Some staff are friendly and others not. We were there for one night and it met our needs. We did not use the pool.

"Very pleased."

Extremly comfortable and clean. Was greater and made to feel important without a reservation. Called from the road and requested a ground floor room. All I had to give was my name. Breakfast was great. I would stay here again. All the employees were very pleasant on the shifts I interacted with them. This chain has become a favorite!

Friendly greeting, nice large clean rooms. Kewanee has more going on then one would think. Anyone visiting western Illinois should spend at least a night in this town.

Ciara was very helpful informative,sympathetic as we were there to make plans n do funeral services for my brother, we had family members coming from out of town n she adjusted room rate....brkfst was good staff all around were nice..

Hot tub in pool area unavailable with no water and floor covered in filth and mold. No pool towels available in the pool. The pool had been rented out for a birthday party as was unavailable to guests from 1-4 on a Saturday. No tea bags for hot tea at breakfast. Egg "patties" rather than actual scrambled eggs. Tough sausage patties. The staff were great and always have been. This is a hotel we have frequented at least yearly for the past 20 years. Since Wyndham took over, it has gone down hill quickly!
