"Excellent"

The property was clean which is the most important when road tripping. It's a motel not a resort so I thought it was exactly what we were looking for. The only complaint was that it took 10mins to get hot water for a shower. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was amazing every day. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel was close to family and made visiting everyone very convenient. I would definitely stay again, and I would use the booking service again.

"Disappointed"

Disappointed, usually stay at the motel next to tis one, but grandkids wanted a pool. Next time we all skip the pool and stay next door. For the price difference and customer care the American WA not worth it. Starting out we couldn't get a colour bed we had requested. Then the rates were more than what we had reserved them for online. When we tried to run a bath the water was yellow. We used the onsite laundry to wash some clothes for the next day, only to find out that the dryer didn't work. We talked to the front desk employee and were told the dryer hadn't work for weeks. The breakfast was pretty good, but the limited seating made it necessary to wait until a table cleared, about 30minutes and only part of our group was able to eat at a time. Overall, the stay was not worth the cost.

"Very poor shape"

Hottub in the room the water came out urine colored and bugs came out of the drain. the room was in rough shape overall. No towels in the pool area and the guest laundry had a drier that did not work but there was no sign posted stating that so you did not find out until after you washed your laundry and then had no way to dry it. Went to the front desk to let them know and they informed us it had not worked for 2 weeks and then just stared at us when we asked if they had an inhouse drier or something they could offer or a refund for the money we put into it.

Breakfast was great. Beds had a protection sheet on it that made our sleeping a little uncomfortable. But everything was clean. And the stay was cost effective.

Breakfast was very nice and the lady that’s job was to keep everything full was very nice.. room smelled musty with the carpet. Change the floor to 100% vinyl would be a nice improvement for the smell and cleanliness.
