This hotel has really gotten terrible from a few years ago. There was trash laying all over the parking lot, out bedding had stains and blood on the sheets when we notified the front desk the response was poor saying housekeeping was gone for the day and we would have to wait until the morning to have our sheets changed and we had to tell them that was not a option and to bring us the sheets for us to make the bed ourselves because it was where my children were sleeping. Also there was a hornets nest under the picnic table and my wife was stung over 10 times and the front desk never asked if she was ok or if there was anything they could do. I requested to speak to a manager and was told there was no manager on duty and they relay my concerns and have them reach out to me which never happened. I did file a complaint with the corporate office. The hotel needs major updates and a good cleaning the building smelled like mold.

Worst place ive ever stayed. Room is discusting. White socks turned black walking on the carpet. Hair left in the shower. This is discusting

I would not stay here again. Pros: Manger VERY helpful Shower good TV good Cons: The air conditioning is sensor based. If there is movement in the room, the AC will run at the thermostat setting. No movement and the room gets warm. We didn’t know this was how the thermostat worked upon entering the room. We contacted the front desk. Long story short, we ended up asking for a manager because the front desk person gave a number of illogical reasons for the warm room. The manager was VERY helpful. Our first room smelled like sewage. The manager was very accommodating and moved us to a different room. The duvet on one bed had dirt spots and what appeared to be a bit of blood. Housekeeping obviously did do a good job of making sure the duvet was clean. The USB ports didn’t work. The breakfast area had old chairs that need reupholstering. The trash was overflowing. The refrigerator had hair and other small grunge in the bottom.

Nice facility, area seems like it is a bit off the path. But super great staff

I didn't end up staying here due to the condition of the room. The floor was damp and the room smelled of chlorine. Also when I pulled the sheets back, the sheets were dirty and there were bugs. I immediately left and found another hotel. They offered me another room, but the condition of the first room was bad enough I didn't feel comfortable staying.
