Comfort Inn & Suites Dimondale - Lansing

This hotel was clean and comfortable. There was some visible wear and tear here and there, but nothing that bothered us. We were also very happy with the price. I will look here first the next time I stay in Lansing. * I really liked the pool. Most hotels are freezing cold. This one was cool, but reasonable. * Breakfast was average for Comfort Inn. There were pre-packaged heat-and-serve cheese omelettes and sausage. But no biscuits and gravy. Everything was well-stocked -- even the yogurt. * There isn't much near the hotel --- just an Arby's. But, the hotel is only 10 minutes from downtown Lansing. It didn't bother us that there wasn't anything nearby; but, it might matter to others.

Easy check-in clerk was very nice. Everything was the way it was supposed to be.

One of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed in, even though there were plenty of guests there both nights. Super helpful staff, too.

Bed was great. Overall property could use sprucing up.

It is okay

The price is right and they have all the amenities avaliable but the rooms were actually smelly and the bedding was stained, not bad in the sheets, more on pillow cases and duvet. Carpet was horrendous....hotel was also unsanitary and doesn't seem to have clean halls or anything.

Nice room, good set up, comfortable bed, great staff, right off the highway: you can’t go wrong!

the bed was very dirty with stains all over the blanket, chair in room was ripped on the armrest, and there was a crack in the window. other than that it wasn’t too bad but not going to re-book there again.

They don't serve hot breakfast which is a big no for me. They have a pool and a workout room but no hot breakfast only cereal and waffles.

The pillows were fabulous!! Seriously, i I was able to get comfortable immediately and slept great. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable.
