I enjoyed the convenience of being so close to the Michigan State police headquarters, because my boyfriend is in the training program right now and only gets out Friday to Saturday.

I had mentioned that I couldn’t lay in the bed without getting shocked from the sheets, so I asked for new bedding and she told me that they did not have anything and gave me another thin sheet. I couldn’t lay under the blankets without getting shocked. I was uncomfortable and did not sleep and when he trains as hard as he does all week, he’s looking to go right to sleep when he gets out. I will not stay here again.

Although I unfortunately did not stay at your hotel due to a last-minute change in my travel plans, I did contact the front desk regarding my reservation. The hotel attendant I spoke with was extremely courteous, attentive, and understanding. He took the time to listen to my situation and made every effort to resolve the issue promptly. He was willing to refund my stay without hesitation; however, since I booked through a third-party website, he kindly explained that I would need to contact them directly to process the refund. Even though I wasn’t able to stay, I truly appreciated his professionalism and genuine customer service.
