Comfort Inn East Windsor - Springfield

Everything was "fine" at best. Not good. But not terrible.

Not so wonderful..was put into a room that had people in it.. I am 70 and entered into a room that the woman had just got out of the shower and the husband was mortified.. I was really scared and glad it did not go really bad

Only issue I had was my door not working but besides that the stay was extremely good .

I didn't feel safe there. Room key had to be reactivated every day. The facilities seem tired and not particularly clean

The staff during check-in and checkout were rude, the place smelled, it was not worth $220. Felt more like a $80 a night truck stop motel.

Both outlets on each side of bed didnt work. Our towels had stains. Breakfast was mediocre.

We had what looked like roaches in our room. We had no house, cleaners come and clean in between nights. The towels were super small, and you were only given two. They ran out of water so we were not able to get water. Often times there was no one at the front desk to help you. One of the workers had what looked like their kid just running around the first floor.

Location and type of room. Was reasonably quiet. Spacious

The bed was a little too firm. Breakfast was a disappointment as the eggs were dry and the hard-boiled were not fully cooked. The water dispenser was out of water and they said they ran out. Initial staff was very helpful. Others didn't seem to care.
