Comfort Inn East Windsor - Springfield

Nice hotel, clean and quiet rooms, next to a Cracker Barrel and across the street from a decent Italian restaurant. My only complaint is that the breakfast was below par compared to other Comfort Inns where I have stayed. There were much fewer options and not much supplied (a small number of bagels and bread, no muffins or pastries) even at the start of the breakfast hour. The waffle maker and batter dispenser could use updates. The nearby Cracker Barrel came in handy.

Front desk staff was friendly and professional.

The room was not cleaned well at all. Bathroom was dated and dirty. Will not be returning, ever.

Room was in good conditions and clean. Easy parking and good location.

The hotel was very easy to get to right off the highway. We were able to get an early check-in to get ready for a wedding. The room was spacious and seemed clean however it did have a very strong oder to it. Not sure if it was a cleaner or something they put onto the carpet or floors. I needed to open the window to try to air it out. I should have requested a different room but I was only there for one night.

It was clean enough. There were alot of "residents" living there.

Loved the jacuzzi in room and customer service
