Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Antioch

Absolutely terrible experience. We booked non-smoking rooms for a family trip, but upon arrival, the rooms smelled strongly of weed/cannabis. When we brought this up, the receptionist was incredibly rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, they refused to fix the situation and they didn’t refund our payment even though the rooms were unusable for a family. They basically took our money and left us with no place to stay. Extremely unprofessional and definitely not family-friendly. Save your money and stay somewhere else where they actually respect their guests and their own policies.

The gentleman at front desk was very helpful.

Everywhere smelled like Marijuana, which im allergic too. Room door looked like it had been kicked in. Blinds didn't stay closed. Television didn't work at first, but gentleman came and exchanged remote. Bathroom sink wouldn't turn off.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. There is drug use on the premises, and people walk around at night looking like Zombies. The smell is very strong. There is no security on the premises. There was a man in the parking lot talking to himself and calling out words. They had severe damage on the door corners. The bathroom panel was covered with brown stains like rust. I was on the first floor and it was very uncomfortable. I didn't see any bugs, but the condition of the room was not worth the price. The bed was so hard. I thought I was sleeping on a box spring. I told them about the room it's all on video.

The room was a whole raggedy mess.
