Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Antioch

这是我住过的days inn中性价比最高的酒店了，非常温馨，房间整洁又大，非常不错的选择，下次去还会选择住这家

This place is horrible. My room had no hot water, the heater was loud, the guests hat was checking was loud, motorcycles constantly driving through the parking lot, the mirror was not mounted on the wall, they only had 2 towels in the room and the noises was on going all night throughout the halls

I was in two different rooms and they both needed fixing.

Lights didn’t work, refrigerator noisy, room not sealed, rot in the bathroom and the pillows and mattress were very lumpy.

Cold freezing. Heater tv. Not working

Nothing, the place is a dump.

The coffee maker was broken. The location was horrible. I heard traffic and an audible alarm the entire night. No hot water, the shower handle was broken. The smoke detector was removed. The window shutter was taped

The Breakfast was Poor , Coffee without sweet and low. They only had one choice of small pastry. No fresh fruit. I called ahead and talked to a staff member and asked what I needed to check in an they said a " picture I D and a current valid credit card. I had both and my Booking Number. The Staff member on duty said that the booking number showed one room and that I needed to have another Booking number for two (2) rooms.Each room has its owen booking number. I had to PAY for another ROOM . I PAID for three ROOMS but I only needed 2 ROOMS. I continued to show the Booking number, to the staff behind the counter, he said that the BOOKING SHOWED only one ROOM.

Booking . COM should have SENT (2) two BOOKING numbers.

I liked how the room was designed and the mirror in the bathroom was nice.

The receptionist didn’t do anything about a domestic violence dispute I had to call the cops. The room was kind of dirty in some spots like the bathroom and the bed were extremely hard I had shoulder pain the whole trip because of it.

No like not at all. Nothing!!!

There was no smoke detector on the ceiling that’s not Code. Front door lock didn’t work. Smell bad. Electrical work was done on a light an wires are sticking out if there was a fire the room was missing the smoke detector on the ceiling and I took a picture of the missing smoke detector
