Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Antioch

Staff was great! Kind and caring. ( we had to ask them at midnight to have some kids quieted down, the staff got on that)places to eat or visit so close.

Everything needed a bit more tender loving care. Broken blinds, broken door stopper, needed touch up paint where stuff was taken off walls . Bigger cigarette place for smokers( a lot of butts on ground) don’t like smoking places near the entrance or exits.

The staff was great. We had a party of 8 and they let us use the breakfast area to eat our Togo dinner. One exit from where we needed to go the next day and lots of food and gas choices soooo close.

The tv wouldn’t go on or off or volume up or down. Had to unplug at the surge protector. Had to ask for a blow dryer( got a new one though). There was some place that seemed to be missed often when cleaned( some goo on a couple walls and baseboards.)Some mold in shower that needed a bit of bleach.

Checked in early at around 2 pm because we told the front desk that we are checking out around 3 or 4 am the next day but we ended up getting a very nasty room and the AC isn’t working. It’s like everything is broken inside that room. Tv remote isnt working, microwave is disgusting the shower faucet is broken. Not worth the amount of what we’ve paid. Never going back to this hotel anymore.
