Housekeeping Staff friendly and accommodating alongside other occupants (passerbys) other guests at this location.

As I came downstairs at approximately 10:30 a.m. to check out - not wanting to use the link I received via text but with an actual person (preference). I let the young man at the front desk be made aware the remote in the room front silicone-cover was ripped totally (I did notice it the night before and threw it in the trash can - did not realize what it was until the next day in the morning at checkout, had to go back into the trash can and retrieve) looked as though it was carved/sliced with a blade? I chose not to watch TV in the evening but before I checked out to check the weather report for the day ahead in the area. Was really not too happy about - As I was having to be on the defensive. I shared with him about vandalized property to help him see - possibly put a new one in for the next customer Yet his demeanor attitude was harsh as he accused me!? Questions like; what time did I pick-up the remote? When he was not happy with my answers he quickly replied "I will have to pay for it" Not!!!! So I am very not happy about my stay with this particular staff member not to say the whole crew just this young man who chose to take a stance and not allow me to talk or explain but kept interrupting and over talking me in which I just stated to him you know what don't worry about it can I have my receipt he then replied I get it through email via booking.com I said fine thank you. And yes I left and in time I notified booking.com which I do use quite often, a few times a month in my travels as a Volunteer Route Driver (humanitarian).

I accidentally overslept 😔😯 & front desk representative was very rude. He knocked on room door & I told him I would be out in 5 minutes to quickly Finish make-up & take medication. He yelled & said to Leave NOW 🤬. No Courtesy or Respect for extra few minutes...
