April Point Resort

The only positive thing about April Point Resort are the views and abundant sea life. The resort is extremely run down and in need of significant repair. Our deck was rotted out so they used plywood to cover it. Just a very rough resort.

Sheets were clean. Location is awesome

It is old and run down. Our room was up some slippery stairs there are no lifts and Boone to help with luggage. Reception and rooms had a funky smell. The deck was slippery and dangerous

Wonderful location and views

It was a beautiful stay, however was disappointed that there was no dinner or lunch so we had to leave

The view was incredible and the rooms were clean. It was very quiet.

We came back at night and the lighting was not adequate especially on the stairs. The restaurant was closed so we had to go off the property when we would have preferred to stay and enjoy the views. It would have been good to have milk for the coffee and ice in the fridge. A microwave and simple kitchen items would have made it possible to pull together a simple meal. It felt sad that the property seemed to be on the decline.

The resort was quite outdated. Unloading area was extremely limited.

The lack of a restaurant was disappointing. The continental breakfast was horrible and should be complementary. $40 for two people to eat with tip was a major rip off. Other than that I will return.

Love the scenery, staff were very nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean and tidy.

They need to fix their roof if not replace the roof

needs updates. Dining was closed. Tap water wasn’t safe to drink or brush teeth with. No AC. Amazing scenery and view which makes up for it. Friendly staff.
