Quality Inn Rockport on Aransas Bay

My wife eas told we would not get our deposit back if there was makeupon pillow cases hair dye on towels or pillows from her hair had to dry hsir with tshirt vover pillow

The front desk lady when we got there has a wonderful personality. She did an awesome job. Let her know we really appreciate her positive attitude, she is great!

The room smelled horrible. My huband and I were cougha lot after being there a whike. The A/C was not working, we were sweating, we could not sleep well. The mattress very bad. Our backs were hurting the whole day the next day.We could not open the door, very hard to open. Breakfast was not what I expected, not much coffee left and cold.

Clean room, comfortable bed.

Parking area where we were had lots of trash on ground. Ice machine not convenient and only one for entire facility.

We had a very hard time opening our door it looked like someone kicked the door and had heel marks on the door. I know there drought the area but it looks like they need to pressure wash the sidewalks and stairs very dirty and the washer dry area needs to be replaced there very old. The laundry area is not inviting it could use a paint job on the walls and a folding table.

The breakfast was okay but the eggs were fake, more pastry like Danish, bagels and fruit like bananas, oranges, strawberries and blueberries.

GREAT breakfast! Super convenient location!
