"Beware"

beware of this hotel! It is under construction. There is drywall dust everywhere. The lobby was empty. They served breakfast and the tables, chairs, window sills were covered in white dust.

"This place was absolutely disappointing!"

Not much

The attendant didn't tell us upon check in that the pool and fitness center was closed for renovations. Then got really upset and rude when I asked why she didn't say anything when we checked in. Then they tried to charge my credit card 2 more times!

"The door locked, but don't ask for much more."

Location

In the middle of a renovation. I never mind renovations, but there were holes in the room walls, plug ins that weren't functional. Breakfast was very minimal, mainly coffee and what smelled like burnt toast.

This hotel was undergoing a remodel, so the lobby was not appealing. The room was clean. I asked the lobby clerk about good places to eat and her response was "I'm a vegetarian and I don't eat out". No help at all. Also, each ice machine was inoperable on every floor except the one of the bottom floor which was behind closed doors due to the remodel. Breakfast was adequate but every employee I encountered seemed sullen and did not seem to care if I was there or not. If we travel to Columbia, MO, again, I will choose another hotel.

Shower was broken, nasty food left in fridge. Also we were in town for softball tournament. Had 2 girls who wanted to soak in the pool closed for renovation. Nothing on website nor were we informed at check in.

Still renovating after 6 months. Bed was comfortable but ants in bed. Bathroom tub was too high hard to get in and out of. No grab bars faucet in tub just hanging loose. Breakfast food wasn’t very good.
