"Room was comfy, food and renovation took away from experience."

The room was comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was very plain and not great. I wish there was some fruit or something besides bread products and not great sausages. I wish I had known there was a large renovation happening before I booked.

The staff was friendly but the current condition of the property is under construction. The entire first floor including lobby is being worked on. It seems the hotel will be better in the future. Only ice machines working currently are on the 1st and 4th floor. No fitness area or pool at this time.

"Horrible"

Checked in and when we got to the room it wasn’t cleaned. I took pictures of the dirty bedding and floors and went to lobby to request another room but hotel was sold out. Said someone would be there to clean them And replace but no show and it’s been over 6 hours and nothing. Horrible service and rooms. Will never stay here again

Water was brown coming out of the faucet. Elevator was scary going from floor to floor. Ice machines do not work. First floor is under renovation. The place smells like curry as someone is living there at the hotel. Missing TV remote. USB chargers do not work. I could go on but this is enough. Demanded refund and went to another establishment.

"I was there for an event at Mizzou. Those location was nice and room was nice."

"Passable"

Renovation was taking place, I look forward to seeing the hotel when it’s completed. Front desk staff-the female who checked us in was very helpful, the young man who worked the overnight and next day was rude and unhelpful.

SO loud! Couldn’t hardly sleep. Paid way too much for no sleep and leaking shower onto the entire bathroom floor. Did not replenish coffee or towels.
