Oriel Hotel

It is very good value for money and it is dog friendly,a great hotel for touring North Wales and the staff were great

there seem to be an atmosphere with the staff. none looked happy and seemed they didn't want to be doing their job. stayed in room 202 but the shower did not work properly and the mirror light did not work

Nothing to report everything about my stay was great i will stay there again for sure

The property is quiet and clean. Staff made sure we have clean towels and toiletries resupplied everyday. Staff are friendly specially the waiter who served us in the restaurant.

Diane at reception was great, very friendly and helpful. Bedside tables were very dusty. Mattress needs replacing, not very comfortable. Did not sleep well.

Lovely staff super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room was a little grubby and the mattress needed updating as you rolled into the middle

Comfortable stay, good breakfast. My first room had no hot water in the shower but the reception staff seat with issue well and I got a new room which had a nice warm shower.

In need of a bit of TLC , noisy room over reception, plus you should never serve cold beans for breakfast.

Stay here several times per year; visiting family nearby. Room and bathroom spacious; loads of hot water for shower/bath. Restaurant food very good and substantial breakfast.

Extremely good value, very dog welcoming.Rooms a bit dated but still very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.
