Location, price and desk staff were all fine.

There was a moldy, gaping hole in the ceiling above the shower. I kept that door closed and did not shower. If I hadn’t already dragged my stuff inside and put it away, I would have asked for a different room. I was too tired to deal with it after a very long drive.

I like the fact it has no carpet bathroom was clean,nice area to convass, I didn't like the people around that area energy it was very negative no hospitality, the staffs where very repectful

HAS BED BUGS!! Damaged room! Still refusing to give refund will be taking legal action.

Reasonable price, and it is definitely should be scored somewhere around 6-7. I travel a lot, and when I compare with other hotels, the current score is not fair at all.

I wished the could have breakfast.

Beds was comfy room could been cleaned better

The time before last got bed bugs and I confronted them about it they gave money back this time I booked it when went to check in they tried saying I was bad guest and that I broke something last time I stayed I asked what was broke and he couldn't tell me then when check out said big towel was missing

My stay was great and it was beyond my expectations. This property should not be rated 5. A score of 6-7 is fair. I loved staying in this property, and the price was so reasonable!

I wish they had coffee, hot water, and breakfast.

Nothing.

Nothing was good about this place, everything was run down, I seen cockroaches everyday, told them and they didn't care. The hot water wasn't hot luke warm at best. Ice machine didn't work, staff was rude and or condescending. Over charged me for my service animal. Spoke with them, stages there was nothing they could do that they didn't believe in the service animal policies so then you need to take it up with the Ada they still charge me.

Friendly staff and I got what I needed.
