Housekeepers very rude

It was ok. Big hole in the shower ceiling. Water didn't get very hot.

Friendly staff. Rundown and dirty property. Positives…sheets clean, no bed bugs, in room temperature was good. Negatives…absolutely filthy (hair on shower walls and toilet - multiple shades and lengths, mold on phone, walls and floor, dead roaches on the floor, mirror was smeared dirty on top third, towel racks had rust and buildup). First room we were offered half the lights didn't work and was equally dirty. Staff swapped out the first room quickly without complaint. We settled on the second room because we just tired, but told the housekeeper.

Stayed here because it was the only hotel I could find in area that allowed pets. Check into1st room and fire alarm was beeping for low battery then front desk moved me to a 2nd room. 2nd room had bed bugs and dirty sheet (see picture), then moved to a 3rd room. Walked into 3rd room with lights on in both bedroom and bathroom and a fast food bag at the desk/table. Moved to a 4th room which seemed OK however the staff acted like I was inconveniencing them.

The place was absolutely filthy. One of the beds had a huge blood stain on it and I mean huge. Oh, and let's not forget about the bugs all the roaches and stuff. Absolutely filthy

The young man at the front desk when I checked in on 01/04/25 at 8 pm(ish) was really nice. I had a hard time understanding him but he was still nice and helped me to understand. That was the best thing about my stay. I won't stay here again.

Upon entering my room, there was a strong smell of some kind of spice like someone was cooking and it smelled awful. My entire room smelled of this spice. The beds were extremely hard. My bad is literally killing me and my journey is far from over. I hope the next hotel is not this bad. They were hard as a board. I could have slept outside on the concrete and it would be the same. The decor was very outdated. The bedding looked like it was from the 70's. The toilet didn't flush at all. I noticed this when I got to my room. The microwave has to be moved to the desk to be utilized. The fridge doesn't work at all. Since the worker at the desk was so friendly, I am only giving stars for him. This was just an overnight stop while on my journey to south Georgia to pick up my husband. I definitely will not stay here again. They need to put some money into this hotel and update it badly. Also PUT IN AN ELEVATOR. Some people !this person) has four fractures in their thoracic spine so they have arm weakness and all kinds of issues with it. My suitcase weighed a ton because I have everything for both me and my husband in one suitcase. Going up those metal starts was terrible. They need to gut this hotel and start all over. The entire hotel needs an overhaul.

I have seen roaches I do not like them
